6 dashes Peychaud's bitters

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 tbsp 1:1 demerara simple suryp

Top off to 100ml w/ Bulleit Rye

Stir over ice.

Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe (Sirene, because it's local)


Strain into glass, garnish with a (meyer) lemon twist.

Very tasty

Then a Lagunitas Maximus IPA with dinner.
