A big night here in the Lizardo household. Started off with a Perfect Manhattan using Jefferson Reserve, Carpano Antica and Carpano Bianco.
Carpano Bianco is way to sweet for a white vermouth. It isn't good for much other than Perfect Manhattans, in my opinion.
Then an Ale Asylum Bedlam with our pan fried barramundi and sautéed red chard.
And finally, cookies and Founder's Blushing Monk. Quite tasty.
How 'bout the rest of you drunkards?
