We had martinis with Death’s Door Gin from Wisconsin, because no way we could drink the Plymouth Navy Strength on the day we celebrate our independence from English tyranny. Blue cheese stuffed olives and Vya extra dry vermouth.
Some pan fried sockeye salmon, the first caprese salad of the year (tomatoes weren’t all that great) and a good Oregon Pinot.
Maybe some Etude Alambic Brandy later.
